Strategic Planning in a Covid19 World

Gowan Group has led numerous schools through year-long comprehensive strategic planning processes.  Much of that process is done on campus, in person meetings, focus groups and presentations.  At the end of a year of work, the school has a complete plan to guide them for 3-5 years. 

 Obviously, that model is on temporary hold.  That said, schools cannot stand still and believe they are healthy, prepared for the future. Strategic planning is still important; schools must embrace this reality.
